  I have two Dolly Parton cookbooks. I'm not a big country music fan, but her cookbooks are pretty darn good. The first one is actually by her sister, and it's *fabulous*. It's called "All-Day Singing Dinner & on the Ground." It's chock full of simple, good Southern recipes, blessedly free of soup concentrates. :) It's all about how to make tasty, excellent recipes from scratch with few ingredients.
  
  I plan on entering more of the recipes from "All-Day Singing" here at GR and including them in the celebrity group.

  I should have mentioned - Dolly's sister is "Willadeene Parton." I found her cookbook on either EBay or Amazon, I don't recall. The cookbook is well-worth getting!
