Bond James Bond Scrambled Eggs

If you have ever read an Ian Fleming's James Bond novel; This is the way he makes his scrambled eggs. If it is good enough for James, it's good enough for me.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs (shells washed) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 good size dollops of unsalted cream butter shopping list
How to make it
- Heat medium saucepan on lowest heat
- Add 1 large dollop of butter
- In a bowl crack eggs
- add salt and pepper
- beat with a fork 4 or 5 strokes
- Pour into the pan when butter is melted; not brown
- stir gently but continuously with wooden spoon
- when set but not firm
- add 2nd dollop of butter and stir gently until fluffy
- Serve immediately on white toast
