Bayou Brownies

dont think chocolate when you try these brownies; instead think pecans and sweet cream cheese topping yummm.using the cake mix makes it very fast and easy to make these babies ...............enjoy......
Ingredients
- 1- cup chopped pecans ................. shopping list
- 1/2 - cup butter shopping list
- 3- large eggs divided shopping list
- 1 - ( 8 ounce) cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1-18,5 ounces of yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1- 16 ounces powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- combine pecans, buitter, and 1 egg and the cake mix stirring until well blended..........
- press into the bottom of a lightly greased 13x 9 inch pan
- beat remaining 2 eggs, cream cheese, and powdered sugar at medium speed with electris mixer until smooth............
- pour over cakle mix layer...................
- bake at 325 degrees f. for 40 minutes or until set
- coolin pan on wire rack
- cut into squares
- serves 15 brownies.......yummm
