- Ingredients shopping list
- • 1/2 c cider or white wine shopping list
- • salt; to taste shopping list
- • 2 sl stale white bread shopping list
- • 1 egg beaten shopping list
- • 1 lb ground lamb (beef) shopping list
- • 5 garlic clove smashed shopping list
- • 1 ½ tbspoon cummin shopping list
- • ½ teaspoon cinamon shopping list
- • ½ tbspoon black pepper shopping list
- • 2 ts paprika shopping list
- • 1 cup flour shopping list
- • I cup canola oil for fry shopping list
How to make it
- Pour cider or wine over stale bread. Set aside. Put ground lamb in large bowl with paprika and salt to taste. Squeeze cider(or wine ) from bread and reserve. Add bread to meat. Mix. Add egg garlic ,cummin,cinamon,black pepper,paprika Beat for 7-10 minutes to give light texture. With oiled hands, roll into about 20-25 small balls (sise like walnuts), 1 T. each. Dust with flour. Heat oil in frypan. Brown meat.cook 2-3
- minutes. Serve with sauce what do u like (ketchup,mustard ). Sprinkle with parsley.
- İf u like u can do this :
- Sauce: cook garlic clove and sliced onion in 3 T. butter. Add tomatoes, parsley, basil, paprika, salt, pepper and cider from bread. Bring to a boil.
