Teriyaki Tuna Steak

This is an easy recipe that you can put together when you want to impress a date but do not have a lot of time to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 tbs of teriyaki marinade shopping list
- ½ tbs of soy sauce shopping list
- ½ tbs of sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tbs of olive oil shopping list
- ¼ tsp of garlic powder shopping list
- a pinch of red pepper flakes shopping list
- a pinch of black pepper shopping list
- 1 tbs of chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 piece of tuna fillet, 1 inch thick and about the size of your palm shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the oil marinade in a Ziploc bag
- add the fillet and marinade for 30 mins
- heat a pan on med-high heat and drizzle 1 tbs of olive oil onto the pan
- when the oil is hot, add the fillet and cook on both sides just until it flakes
