Hootenanny Cake

From a recipe book I got at a yard sale. It was one put together by members of a church and seems to be dated 1976/77. Guess on servings and prep time.
Ingredients
- 1 Box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 Box instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1C water shopping list
- 1/2 C salad oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1C chopped nuts shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 4 Tbsp sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix cake mix, vanilla pudding, water, salad oil, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and beat for 5 minutes.
- Grease bottom of tube pan.
- Mix nuts, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Put 1/3 of nut mixture into pan and 1/2 of batter; then 1/3 of nut mixture and 1/2 of batter and top with last of nut mixture.
- Bake 1 hour.
