Turkish Vegetarian Potato Dish

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch rounds shopping list
- 2 medium onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped finely shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive or canola oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the rest of the oil in a big frying pan. Stir onions and green bell pepper until soft.
- Add tomato paste, salt, and black pepper,red pepper Stir for 3 minutes,
- pour in 1 to 1 1/2 cup of water or chicken stock and cutted potatoes cook for another 15-20 minutes.
- And serve with pickels ,ayran or green fresh onion..
