Casino Butter

- 1 pound unsalted butter, softened shopping list
- 3 tablespoons white wine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce ( or as desired ) shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley ( or basil or cilantro ) shopping list
How to make it
- Pulse first 5 ingredients in a food processor until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients; process until well blended, stopping to scrape down sides.
- Spread mixture on French bread slices; bake or grill until toasted.
- Cover; refrigerate or freeze remaining butter. Yield: 1 3/4 cups.

I think I will make this with a 1/2 lb. of butter to start. Sounds great and I can think of all kinds of uses for it. Thanks for the great post and high 5 to you!
