This Is Heaven Eggnog Cheesecake

- Crust: shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup graham wafer crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 tsp orange zest shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3/4 cup skim milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup rum shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp gelatin powder unflavored ( Knoxx) shopping list
- 2 8 oz pkgs light cream cheese shopping list
- 2 cups light eggnog shopping list
- 1 pkg instant fat free vanilla pudding ( 4 serving size) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1 cup 96% fat free Cool Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Crust:
- Melt butter remove from heat stir in zest add crumbs and press into a spring form pan pressing 1 inch up the sides
- Chill 1 hour
- Filling:
- Combine milk, & rum
- Sprinkle gelatin over top let stand 1 minute. Heat in saucepan and stir 1 minute until gelatin is dissolved
- Remove from heat let stand 5 minutes
- Beat cheese till smooth 3 minutes
- Slowly add gelatin beating constantly until smooth
- Add next 4 ingredients beating well
- Fold cool whip into egg nog mixture
- Spread evenly over crust
- Chill 3 hours
- Top with extra cool whip for serving
