How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Melt butter remove from heat stir in zest add crumbs and press into a spring form pan pressing 1 inch up the sides
  • Chill 1 hour
  • Filling:
  • Combine milk, & rum
  • Sprinkle gelatin over top let stand 1 minute. Heat in saucepan and stir 1 minute until gelatin is dissolved
  • Remove from heat let stand 5 minutes
  • Beat cheese till smooth 3 minutes
  • Slowly add gelatin beating constantly until smooth
  • Add next 4 ingredients beating well
  • Fold cool whip into egg nog mixture
  • Spread evenly over crust
  • Chill 3 hours
  • Top with extra cool whip for serving

    I really like this one for the same reason as krumkake, it's lighter. Which is def good!
