Salsa Bread Ole

- 3- eggs shopping list
- 1/2- cup cornmeal shopping list
- 2/3- cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/2- cup butter softened shopping list
- 1- ( 16 ounces) jar of mild salsa well drained shopping list
- 1/2- cup chopped ripe black olives shopping list
- 1/4- cup chopped green onions shopping list
- 1- tablespoon chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 6- ounces shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2- cup shredded monterey jack cheese i like more cheese i use 1/2 ......... shopping list
- 2- cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1- cup mashed potato flakes shopping list
- 4- teaspoons taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 3- teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1- teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/4- teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4- teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f....................
- grease and flour a 10 inch tube or bundt pan....................
- in a large bowl, beat eggs at high speed for 1 minute...........
- add cornmeal, buttermilk,and salsa..........beat 1 minute at medium speed or until well blended.....................
- with a spoon, stir in olives , onions , parsley and cheeses...........
- in a medium bowl , combine flour and all remaining ingredients; mix well...............
- add to salsa mixture, stir until well blended................
- sppon batter into the greased -floured pan................
- bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or untila toothpick inserted in center comes out clean..........
- cool 15 minutes .........remove from pan
- cool 20 minutes or less
- serve warm...........
- serves 24 slices.........
