Venison Steaks and Gravy

- 6 venison steaks or enough strips of meat to make 6 servings shopping list
- 3 gloves garlic shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 6 slices bacon shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can water shopping list
- 8 oz fresh baby bella mushrooms sliced shopping list
- flour shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Fry bacon until crispy, crumble and set aside.
- In the bacon grease saute' the onion and garlic.
- In the mean time, flour, salt ans pepper the steaks and brown in the onion mixture in the pan.
- Transfer the steaks to a large covered baking pan.
- In the frying pan add the cream of mushroom soup, water, and baby bellas.
- Scraping the bottom of the pan to get all the stuff off the bottom.
- Add the crumbled bacon.
- Stir and add to steaks in the baking pan.
- cover.
- Cook in the oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. until the gravy starts to turn a darker - richer color.

- serve with mash potatoes and your choice of veggies for a dinner you won't soon forget.
