Alligator Balls

A easy way to take the plunge and try alligator. Makes a great appetizer that everyone will be talking about!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chopped alligator meat shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tb Finely chopped onions shopping list
- 1 tb Finely chopped celery shopping list
- 1 tb Finely chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 tb Finely chopped shallots shopping list
- 2 ts lemon pepper shopping list
- 1/2 ts salt shopping list
- 1/4 c bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 c cooking oil shopping list
- flour to dredge shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, form 1 inch diameter balls, allow to set one hour.
- Dredge in flour and fry till brown.
- Serve hot.
