How to make it

  • Over double boiler, melt chocolate chips
  • Place over bowl of hot water
  • Using pastry brush, coat bottoms and sides of 24-1 inch mini paper liners
  • Set aside remaining chocolate
  • Freeze cups until firm
  • Repeat coating procedure
  • In mixing bowl, add peanut butter, powdered sugar and whipping cream and mix until well blended
  • Spoon 1 tsp. peanut butter mixture into center of each cup
  • Chill
  • Spoon remaining chocolate over peanut butter mixture and spread evenly
  • Chill completely
