How to make it

  • Sauté shallots and bouillon in wine.
  • Add remaining wine and champagne then add brie and heavy cream.
  • Bring to a boil for 1 minute then remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
  • Strain then season with salt and pepper if desired and serve immediately.
