Champagne Brie Soup

- 2 cups dry champagne shopping list
- 2 cups white wine shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots shopping list
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon shopping list
- 8 ounces brie with rind left on shopping list
- 1-1/2 quarts heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté shallots and bouillon in wine.
- Add remaining wine and champagne then add brie and heavy cream.
- Bring to a boil for 1 minute then remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
- Strain then season with salt and pepper if desired and serve immediately.
