Magic Mayonnaise

This uncooked dressing is a great spread for sandwiches makes a wonderful, tangy cole slaw or potato salad dressing. Note the use of raw egg, so use clean uncracked eggs and keep unused portions well chilled
Ingredients
- 1 can (1 1/3 cup) sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup salad oil or melted margarine or melted butter shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- dash of black pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Beat well together in mixer or blender until mixture thickens.
- Chill before serving.

This is really a unique recipe! I have never seen condensed milk used in a preparation like this before. Usually condensed milk goes into baked goods. This is so interesting and sounds good. I would make it with probably canola oil or extra virgin ol...more
