Projara Balkan Cornbread With Fetta

- 5 cups corn flour shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 cups oil shopping list
- 1 Tsp baking powder (optional) shopping list
- 1 cup yogurt shopping list
- 1 glass mineral water shopping list
- 1 big slice fetta cheese - crushed (Bulgarian Fetta is best for this recipe) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk eggs, then add the flour and other ingredients. Mix well and bake in oven at 200-220 d C about 30 minutes or till metal skewer comes out clean.
- Serve with sauerkraut and kajmak.
