Baked Sea Bass with rosemary and garlic

- 1 large sea bass, about 1kg, scaled and gutted shopping list
- rosemary sprigs shopping list
- about 2 garlic clove thinly sliced shopping list
- lemon slices shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- small bunch basil leaves shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- foil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200C / gas 6
- stuff the cavity with lemon and some of the rosemary
- lay the fish on an oiled, foil covered baking tray
- make about 6 slashes down it's side
- first lay the basil leaves over the slashes
- then poke the rosemary and garlic slices into the slashes
- drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and lemon juice
- bake for about 15 -20 min
- when fin pulls out easily then it's done
