Torta Al Cioccolato - Chocolate Cake

Here is my family recipe for a dark chocolate cake. It is easy to make. The most important thing is the quality of dark chocolate: it has to be absolutely excellent.
Ingredients
- 300g dark chocolate shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 100g of sugar shopping list
- 50g of flour shopping list
- 100g of butter shopping list
- half a glass of milk shopping list
- an orange shopping list
- icing sugar shopping list
- salt. shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate with butter. Add flour, sugar, egg yolks (one at a time), grated orange zest, milk and a pinch of salt. Mix all ingredients carefully, then gently fold in 5 whipped egg yolks. Bake at moderate heat (150 C) for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve. Optional: serve with pears.
