quick and easy Stuffed Pepperoncini appetizers

- 40 pepperoncini shopping list
- 1 cup herb of garlic flavored Rondele soft cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely diced hard salami shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cut the top portion with the stem off of the pepperoncini, and then gently scoop out the seeds with a clean finger. Note: Be careful not to split the pepperoncini.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix together the cheese and salami until thoroughly combined
- 3. Snip a little bit of the corner off a heavy weight plastic storage bag.
- 4. Spoon the cheese mixture into the bag, and then twist until the mixture is packed in and begins to come out of the cut corner.
- 5. Pipe the cheese into each pepperoncini—filling it to the top
- 6. Chill until ready to serve.
