Blackened tilapia over white rice with sauteed green beans

- 2-4 tilapia fillet pieces shopping list
- Zatarans Blackened seasoning shopping list
- white rice shopping list
- 4tbsp butter/margarine shopping list
- 1 can of green beans shopping list
How to make it
- First melt 3tbsp of butter in a saucepan. Once melted, pour into bowl,and coat fish fully in butter. Lay out on pan or foil and season totaste with seasoning.(don't be afraid to use a LOT of seasoning) Set fish aside. Boil water for rice, and seasonto taste. Once water boils and rice is cooking, place left over butterin heavy skillet and heat skillet until hot. Place fish in skillet andcover until fish is flaky. Set rice aside and cover. Remove skilletfrom heat and remove fish, set aside. Drain can of green beans andplace in single layer in skillet. Add 1 tbsp butter, place back on heatand cover. Saute green beans until hot, and remove from heat. serve hot.
