Chicken Tetrazzini

- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti shopping list
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter shopping list
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1 small onion -- chopped shopping list
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) Campbell's condensed shopping list
- cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 soup can milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry shopping list
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- In 6-quart Dutch oven, cook spaghetti according to package directions;
- drain.
- Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook mushrooms and onion until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in soup,milk and sherry; heat through.
- Return cooked spaghetti to Dutch oven. Add soup mixture, chicken, cheese and parsley. Toss lightly until spaghetti is coated. Over medium heat. heat through. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
