Mustard Sauce

- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry mustard--Colman's Mustard (and yes, 4 Tablespoons) shopping list
- 1 tsp. flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- beef bouillon cube shopping list
- 1/2 cup hot water shopping list
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sugar, mustard, flour and salt. Dissolve beef bouillon cube in the hot water. Add vinegar. Mix liquid with dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs. Cook in top of double boiler over hot water until consistency of soft custard. Cool. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate . Will store in frig. for a long time. Hostess for party can prepare this a week or 2 before the date.
