- 1 elephant shopping list
- 2 rabbits shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 150 pounds carrots, choped shopping list
- 150 pounds onions, choped shopping list
- 250 pounds sweet potatoes, choped shopping list
- 60 pounds of parsley, choped shopping list
- 150 pounds of parsnips, choped shopping list
- 30 pounds mix spices chefs choice shopping list
- 50 pounds flour shopping list
- 100 gal water shopping list
- 30 gal of peanut oil shopping list
How to make it
- First, cut the elephant into bite-sized pieces.
- Coat meat in flour and salt and pepper.
- brown meat over wood fire.
- Add remaining flour to browned meat add more oil if needed to form a paste
- Add water, and vegies to stock pot
- bring to a rapid boil an reduce heat to simmer
- Simmer for 1 and 1/2 days stiring every so often
- This will serve 1,360 people. If more guests are expected, add the 2 rabbits.
- ONLY! Do this if necessary, as most people don't like to find hare in their stew.
- Salt and pepper to taste
