Grilled Eel Sushi

- 1 portion of ready-to-eat Grilled Eel (packed) slice it with same size of nori (seaweed) shopping list
- 3 cups sushi rice - steamed sushi rice mixed with rice vinegar and sugar (check it recipe for making this) shopping list
- 6 pcs nori (seaweed) shopping list
- 6 pcs sliced cucumber shopping list
- 4 tbs mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 pck teriyaki sauce (I think normally within grilled eel pack) shopping list
How to make it
- Place SUSHI mat, and 1 pcs Nori, and half cup sushi rice, and spread it over but, leave 1 inch of Nori edge
- Put 1/6 shredded eel, cucumber and rub some teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise
- Roll it over to the Nori edge and cut them one bite size pcs

Wonderful thank you! I love unagi norimaki and often make my own sushi rolls at home. This will be a real treat :)

sounds great I LOVE eel sushi and roll my own this is a nice quick fire recipe normaly I grill my own but if you have ever grilled eel you will know it can be kind of Pungent
