I absolutely love this sauce on hoagies. I'm sure it'd work on salads too. It's got a little kick to it. I found this recipe at recipezarr and the picture from Subway. Sorry, I couldn't find a better picture.

- 1 ounce chipotle chile in adobo, pureed
- 1/4 ounce fresh garlic, minced
- salt, to taste

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
1/2 ounce Dijon mustard shopping list
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice shopping list
1 ounce chipotle chile in adobo, pureed shopping list
1/4 ounce fresh garlic, minced shopping list
salt, to taste shopping list

How to make it

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, chipotle and garlic.
Add salt to taste.
Cover and chill before sandwich preparation, or before using as a salad dressing.

i'm looking forward to trying this on my chicken bacon grilled cheese, however I noticed people are having trouble finding the chipotle in adobo sauce. It is located in the japanese or asian section of the grocery store. I thought it would be with the peppers, but it wasnt. Just look up chipotle in adobo sauce on google so you can see what the can looks like, it makes it a bit easier to know what your looking for
