Chocolate Marshmallow Mile-high Squares

Such an easy bar recipe for a bake sale or pot luck. Soft marshmallows, crunchy peanuts and smooth melted chocolate and butterscotch. A real treat! Courtesy of Nestle'
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz. pkg) Nestle' semi-sweet chips shopping list
- 1 (11 oz. pkg) Nestle' butterscotch chips shopping list
- 1/2 creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 9 c. (16 oz. pkg) mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1 c. dry roasted peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- Line 13x9 baking pan with foil.
- Microwave semi sweet morsels, butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in large uncovered microwave safe bowl on medium power for 2 minutes. Stir, morsels may retain some of their original shape. If neccessary microwave at additional 10-15 second intervals, stirring until melted. Cool for 1 minute. Stri in marshmallows and peanuts.
- Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
- Makes 48 squares.
- Note....if you do not have a microwave you can gently melt the chips and peanut butter over a double boiler.

These are exactly as described...easy, easy, easy! :) There's nothing fancy, here, but their flavor is wonderful...rich, so a pan goes a long way, and you can whip them up in no time...they were devoured at work. Thanks, Lori!
