Happiness Harvest Bars

These are great as a snack or for breakfast. Actually just anytime is good to bite into one. Copywrited: Imperial Sugar
Ingredients
- Harvest Bars shopping list
- 1 box spice, carrot or butter pecan cake mix shopping list
- 3 T Imperial sugar light brown sugar or Dixie Crystals light brown sugar shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 C oil shopping list
- 2 T water shopping list
- 1 C butterscotch chips shopping list
- 1/2 to 3/4 C walnuts or pecans (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Stir brown sugar into dry cake mix.
- Stir in eggs, oil and water.
- Stir in chips and nuts.
- Spread into 9x13 inch pan coated with no-stick spray.
- Bake at 350ยบ F 20 to 25 minutes until done but not overly crisped.
- That's it! Enjoy!
