Pastrami and Swiss Reuben Quiche

- 1 refrigerated pie crust shopping list
- 4 large eggs, beaten shopping list
- 6 oz grated swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing shopping list
- 6 oz thinly sliced pastrami, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup sauerkraut, well drained shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400. Fit crust into deep 9 inch pie plate. Crimp edges. Prick crust several times with fork. Bake 8 minutes and set aside. Combine next six ingredients in large bowl. Pour into crust and bake 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes and slice into 8 slices. Serve warm. Drizzle with additional dressing if desired. Garnish with parsley and vegetables or fruit if desired.
