FRUIT SALSA WITH CINNAMON CHIPS

- Salsa: shopping list
- 2 kiwis, peeled shopping list
- 2 apples, peeled (I like to use Golden Delicious) shopping list
- 8 oz. raspberries (optional) shopping list
- 3 c. strawberries shopping list
- 2 T. sugar shopping list
- 1 T. brown sugar shopping list
- 3 T. fruit preserves of any flavor shopping list
- Place all of the fruits into a large bowl. Using a knife or hand chopper, cut the fruits into small pieces. Add the sugars and the preserves. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving. While the salsa is chilling, make the cinnamon chips. shopping list
How to make it
- Cinnamon Chips:
- 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- butter flavored cooking spray
- sugar and cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 350°. Spray one side of each tortilla with cooking spray. Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon then lightly spray with the cooking spray again. Bake the chips for 8-10 minutes. Serve with the chilled fruit salsa.
