Zesty Broccoli Casserole

A creamy chessy broccoli casserole that gets it zesty flavor from a tablespoon of horseradish.
Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli or shopping list
- 2-3 crowns of fresh broccoli shopping list
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 Tbs horseradish shopping list
- 2 Tbs melted butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup cracker crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; dreain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk, mayonnaise, and horseradish; stir into broccoli. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole
- Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
