Ultra Healthy Burritos

- 4 whole wheat tortillas shopping list
- 1 can fat-free refried beans shopping list
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream (only 2 g fat per serving) shopping list
- 8 oz. 7% fat lean ground beef shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic pressed shopping list
- 1/2 cup salsa shopping list
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped shopping list
- *Optional: tomatoes, additional hot sauce, or lowfat cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook ground beef and garlic on medium heat until cooked
- Add refried beans and stir until warm
- Divide bean/beef mixture onto tortillas
- Add sour cream, salsa and lettuce
- Fold and enjoy!
- Feel free to omit beef or substitute for chicken

I might substitude 4 oz (1/2 c) brown rice in place of half the ground beef, and add 1 pkg taco seasoning. I'm really hungry now.
