Ricotta Cake easy

This is a creamy confection that everyone will think you slaved for hours to prepare!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon Supreme cake mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 lbs. ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Prepare cake mix as instructed on package and pour into a 9" x 11" greased pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, ricotta cheese, lemon juice, vanilla and sugar.
- Gently pour over cake mix.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
- Refrigerate when cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
