Heavenly Baked Haddock

- 1 1/2 lbs fresh or thawed haddock, cut into 2 fillets shopping list
- 1 cup New England style oyster crackers shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter melted shopping list
- ocean fish seasoning or salt and pepper shopping list
- fresh lemon shopping list
- mayonnaise , about T tbs shopping list
- gongonzolla blue cheese shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Coarse crumble crackers and then pour the butter over and mix till very well combined
- Squeeze juice from a fresh lemon over fish and then season fish
- Using enough mayo, spread evenly over fish
- Press cracker mixture over fillets.
- Lay some slices of gogonzolla across the top of each fillet
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Bake fish until topping is golden and fish is cooked and done
- Carefully split the 2 portions into 4 pieces.
- I find this easier to prepare instead of 4 smaller pieces
- Serve at once

MMMMMMMMMM....I have to try this. I wouldn't think of pairing the gorgonzola with the haddock, but it sounds great!
