Taco Quiche

- 2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups biscuit/baking mix shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 to 3 cups chopped lettuce shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped tomato shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions shopping list
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to the package directions. Spoon meat into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk. Stir in biscuit mix and pepper. Pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes. Spread sour cream over the top; sprinkle with lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onions and cheese. Serve immediately.
