Lemon Icing

Put on your favorite yellow or white cake.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter shopping list
- 2 T lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 t vanilla extract shopping list
- 3 c confectioners' sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the butter, lemon juice, vanilla, and confectioner's sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add more confectioner's sugar, or lemon juice to adjust the consistency as needed.
