An exotic spice mixture for grilling. Add oil to make a marinade too! *wink*
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon turmeric shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste shopping list
- *Marinade: Add spices to 1/4 cup olive oil * shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a blender, spice mill, or coffee grinder and pulse to a fine powder.
- Place in a glass jar with lid.
