- Honey-Dijon mustard shopping list
- The best quality hot dogs you can find (All beef) shopping list

- 4 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk shopping list
- pinch of paprika shopping list
- pinch of freshly-ground nutmeg shopping list
- salt and white pepper to taste shopping list

- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. shopping list
- Add the flour, stirring and blending well over low heat for about 3 minutes. shopping list
- Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring constantly. shopping list
- Continue whisking until the sauce thickens. shopping list
- Whisk in the paprika, nutmeg, salt and pepper. shopping list
- Ready to serve. shopping list
How to make it
- Oven preheated to 400º F
- Cut the baguettes length-wise.
- Spread honey-dijon mustard on the inside of the baguettes.
- Spread about 1 Tablespoon sauce Béchamel over the mustard, coating both the inside top and bottom of the cut baguette.
- Sprinkle shredded Gruyère inside the baguettes.
- Add the hot dog (pre-warm the hot dogs)
- Heat in the preheated oven until the cheese melts.
- About 5-7 minutes. Serve immediately.
