My Papas Chicken

- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 2 cans of water shopping list
- 2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (depending on size, raw chicken tenders also work well) shopping list
- 1 cup of rice shopping list
- Lawry's season salt (little red/white bottle) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cook cream of Mushroom soup with two cans of water like normal, pour soup in 13 x 9 casserole dish.
- Place chicken in soup, evenly spaced.
- Sprinkle rice evenly around chicken, avoid pouring on chicken.
- Sprinkle Lawry's season salt across dish, so you have a light red covering all over.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Fluff rice with fork when done, serve.

This was super easy and a HIT! We prefer dark meat, so we used almost 2 lb. of boneless, skinless thighs, added a wee bit more water and rice to make a larger serving size. KUDOS to your Papa!
