Layered Spinach Tortellini Salad

- 1 (19 ounce) or 2 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini shopping list
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage shopping list
- 6 cups torn fresh spinach shopping list
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle ranch salad dressing shopping list
- 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, optional (although bacon is far from optional in my world, hahaha!) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water; set aside.
- In a large glass bowl (I suggest a trifle bowl or any clear glass bowl with straight sides), layer cabbage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes and onions.
- Pour dressing over top; sprinkle with bacon if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
