Layered Cranberry Jello Salad

- Bottom layer: shopping list
- 1 box 8-serving size cherry Jello shopping list
- AND 1 box 4-serving size cherry Jello (yes, both cherry) shopping list
- 3 c. boiling water shopping list
- 2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1 large can crushed pineapple - do not drain (need the juice, too) shopping list
- chopped celery, apples, and walnuts (her recipe doesn't use amounts, but I'd guess about 3/4 - 1 cup of each) shopping list
- Top layer: shopping list
- 1 box 4-serving size lemon Jello shopping list
- 1 c. boiling water, or apple juice shopping list
- 1 c. sour cream shopping list
- 2 pkgs. cream cheese, softened (REALLY softened) shopping list
- 1 c. sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Bottom layer:
- Mix both packages cherry Jello and boiling water together until dissolved. Whisk in cranberry sauce and pineapple; stir in celery, apple, and walnuts. Pour into a 13 x 9 glass dish. Chill until set.
- Top layer:
- Dissolve lemon Jello in hot water (or juice, if using); whisk in sugar, and stir until dissolved. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream; whisk until smooth. Pour over chilled cranberry layer and chill until set.
