this is a recipe that I found out on the web... I'm not sure where but it sure looks good... I like my pumpernickel bread with raisins in it rather than the caraway seeds... but that is a local favorite maybe... Ingredients
- 1-1/3 cup strong coffee shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup molasses shopping list
- 1 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 cup rye flour shopping list
- 2 cup bread flour shopping list
- 2-1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds shopping list
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1-1/3 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 2-1/2 teaspoons bread maker yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Fill and bake according to bread machine manufacturer's directions

Hi Peeta, I was looking for your breadmaker recipes, nice to have them back. Actually pumpernikel with carraway seeds are quite popular in Central and Eastern Europe. Delicious!
