Country Fried Steak

- 6-8 Tenderized Eye of round steak shopping list
- 2 Sleeves saltine crackers shopping list
- oil for the pan shopping list
- 4 or more eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare Steaks by cutting off fat
- Put crackers in a bag and crush or grind through food processor
- Crush cracker till very fine
- Make One dish for crackers
- Make One dish for eggs
- Crack eggs and scramble
- Dip Steak into egg
- Dip Steak into crackers
- Repeat process for double breading
- Put Steaks into frying pan
- Med- low heat for 30 minutes on one side
- 30 minutes on other side
- Be careful to watch steak carefully too high of heat and it will burn.
- Check steak periodically
- Check Steak for desired temperature.
- Serve
