Spam ham salad

This comes in handy for unexpected company or power outage picnic. It surprises people to find out it is spam in the ham salad.

Using a food processor chop up the ham to look like hamburger.
( do not over process)
stir in the relish mayo, eggs and onion
spread on soft rolls or bread for sandwiches. You will be surprised with the taste.

Please consider adding this to the Spam group. You are the only one that can do that since it is your recipe. You'll have to join the group but you can always leave it after you add this dish to the group -- not that you'd want to :-).
