No-cook Ice Cream

- 6 eggs whole (you could probably use equal amount of egg substitute.) shopping list
- 3 Tbs vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/2 quarts half and half shopping list
- 1 sm pkg Instant pudding (cooks choice) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the eggs, vanilla, half & half,
- Add pudding mix, sugar and salt.
- Beat welll with an electric mixer until all ingredients are well blended.
- Pour into ice cream freezer container and follow makers instructions.

- The flavor of pudding is up to the cook.
- Some excellent successes have been French Vanilla, double dark chocolate and pistachio. However, banna with mashed fresh banana and walnuts is good. Lemon is good, substituting lemon flavoring for vanilla. Butterscotch with pecans... Coconut .... let your imagination run wild!

I pasteurize all my eggs at 140 for 3-4 minutes to render them safe to eat raw as is in this recipe.
