- 1 cup cooked mashed potatoes shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
- dash salt and pepper shopping list
- 2 slices bologna shopping list
- 2 oz. cheddar cheese(cut into 2 long sticks or chunks) shopping list
How to make it
- In skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
- cut 3 slits in each bologna slice.
- Fry bologna in melted butter, browning on each side.
- Mix cooked potatoes with remaining butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Place bologna in baking pan,
- Scoop 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes on each bologna slice.
- Place cheese in middle of mashed potatoes.
- Place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve.
