Papad Rice

- 3 C cooked rice shopping list
- 12 crackers/papad - crushed shopping list
- 1 tbsp tamarind water mixed with pinch of tumerice pwd and salt to taste shopping list
- 1 tbsp ghee shopping list
- Temper : shopping list
- 1 tsp mustard seeds shopping list
- 1 tbsp curry leaves shopping list
- 1 tsp urad dhal shopping list
- 2 dry red chillies , broken shopping list
- Pinch of hing shopping list
How to make it
- At first , temper .
- Add the tamarind water and check the salt .
- Once starts to boil add the rice and the crackers .
- Mix well and check the salt .
- Drizzle the ghee on top .
- Serve with vegetable chutney .
