Now This Is Good Pork Loin with Tangy Sauce

- 4 pound boneless pork loin shopping list
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chili powder shopping list
- TANGY SAUCE shopping list
- 1 cup apple jelly shopping list
- 1 cup catsup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chili powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- cayenne pepper, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the chili powder and garlic powder
- Rub over pork loin
- Place the loin in a roasting pan
- Baked uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers done
- 20 MINUTES BEFORE END OF COOKING TIME drizzle with tangy sauce
- TANGY SAUCE
- Combine ingredients in a saucepan
- Bring to boil, stirring occasinally
- Excess sauce mixed with pan drippings may be served on the
- side. Additional sauce may also be made to serve on side.
