Corned Beef Roll Ups

A great lunch wrap...use it with leftover corned beef, or from the deli. Also, use cole slaw or sauerkraut, either one.
Ingredients
- 8 large flour tortillas shopping list
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing or favorite mustard shopping list
- 1/2 lb corned beef, shredded or sliced thin shopping list
- 8 slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup coleslaw or sauerkraut shopping list
- 8 dill pickle spears shopping list
How to make it
- Spread each tortilla with 1T dressing or mustard
- Layer on beef, cheese and cabbage to each tortilla
- Add pickle spear to top of fixings on each tortilla.
- Carefully roll each tortilla into classic "wrap" style.
