- 20g. glucose or sucrose (ordinary sugar) shopping list
- 1 liter warm water shopping list
- Pinch of salt (approx. 1 gram) shopping list
- Dissolve the sugar and salt in the water, allowing to cool, and keep chilled in the fridge in a large bottle. shopping list

- 250 ml. unsweetened fruit juice (e.g. orange, pineapple or apple juice) shopping list
- 750 ml. water shopping list
- Pinch of salt (approx. 1 gram) shopping list
- Mix all the ingredients together and keep chilled. shopping list

- 100 ml. orange squash shopping list

How to make it
- Note: you could add other stuff that help’s such as ginseng, protein, whey. These can be found at most health food stores.
- You can also find vitamins in powder form.
