Ketchup Prawns

- 10 large prawns (shrimps), shells & veins removed (I leave the tails intact) shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable/olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup of ketchup, mixed with 25 ml of water shopping list
- 1 chilli, deseeded and cut to long strips (add more if you want it spicier) shopping list
- 1 small tomato, cut to small chucks shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in wok and fry garlic & chilli till fragrant.
- Add prawns and fry till they are almost cooked.
- Add the ketchup solution and stir evenly till the paste bubbles. Serve with warm rice.
- Note: You can stir in a beaten egg to cook at step 3 if you like.
